Suspension and Misdemeanors
Whether you have a suspended license or traffic violation misdemeanor, we can help you. Driving with a suspended license is a very serious matter; you may find yourself facing serious charges with the possibility penalties of up to 364 days in jail and fines of up to $2,500. Depending on specific circumstances, drivers can even be charged with a felony which carries up to seven years in prison and potentially $25,000 in fines. For most, jail time is avoidable, particularly when you are not a repeat offender. If you do not have legal status in the US or you were never issued a valid driver’s license, your DUI will most likely be a FELONY AGGRAVATED DUI. The possibility of prison time is far greater. Second conviction: minimum 30 days in jail or 300 hours of community service; and fines up to $25,000.
